Explain leadership characteristics for encouraging and supporting business development; identify ethical and effective community leaders who value and utilize critical thinking strategies; apply communication skills and tools; use data for making effective decisions; identify roles and processes used in groups and team building; and use processes for strategic planning and progress monitoring.
