ENGL 2321 - British Literature (single-semester course)
3 Hours(3-0) A survey of the development of British literature from the Anglo-Saxon period to the present. Students will study works of prose, poetry, drama and fiction in relation to their historical, linguistic and cultural contexts. Texts will be selected from a diverse group of authors and traditions. Course assignments will include a minimum of 6,000 words of writing. Prerequisite(s): ENGL 1302 or ENGL 2311.
