The nature of clinical decision support including test characteristics, application and evaluation of clinical support tools, including report generation, and the knowledge gained from the system tools. Implications of quality and safety issues in systems are also reviewed. Review of clinical workflow analysis models and process redesign are used to improve access or reporting of information
