ARTS 1304 - Art History II

A chronological analysis of and inquiry into the historical and cultural contexts of painting, sculpture, architecture, and the decorative arts from the 14^th century to the present day. The course includes inquiry into the role of art, the creative process, and discourse about art in one’s ethical, cultural, and intellectual development. This class requires extensive ability in reading and writing. Prerequisites: Student must have satisfied the TSI readiness requirement in reading.
