ARTS 1303 - Art History I 3 Hours (3-0) A chronological analysis of and inquiry into the historical and cultural contexts of painting, sculpture, architecture, and the decorative arts from prehistoric times to the 14th century. The course includes inquiry into the role of art, the creative process, and discourse about art in one’s ethical, cultural, and intellectual development.
