BIOL 1406 - Biology for Science Majors I

General biology (first semester) is devoted to principles shared by all organisms. These principles include the physical and chemical properties of life, organization, function, evolutionary adaption, and classification. Concepts of cytology, reproduction, genetics, and scientific reasoning are included. Prerequisite(s): Students must have satisfied the TSI readiness requirement in ELAR and in Mathematics.
