MUAP 1270 - Brass Instruction II

This course is a continuation of Brass Instruction I. This course offers students individual instruction on a brass instrument at the advanced level, and is available to all college students regardless of academic major. It is designed to provide music majors and other qualified students with the skills necessary to perform artistically in a variety of performance settings. Instruction is offered on the following instruments: trumpet, French horn, trombone, baritone, euphonium or tuba. Students receive one 50-minute private music lesson per week. Daily practice is required. Prerequisites: MUAP 1269 or instructor’s permission.
