LGLA 2305 - Interviewing and Investigating 3 Hours (3-0) This course is a study of principles, methods, and investigative techniques utilized to locate, gather, document, and manage information with emphasis on developing interview and investigative skills to prepare the paralegal to communicate effectively while recognizing ethical problems. Students will employ effective interviewing techniques with clients and witnesses in legal settings; utilize investigative methods; and describe the role and ethical considerations of the paralegal in interviewing and investigating.
